It’s that time again! We’re looking for people to write a post for #SewcialistsTNT Month this November!
Interested? Here’s the deal:
- What: Sew something with a TNT pattern, and write us a blog post about it. You might also tell us about your favourite TNTs, why you sew with TNTs, and so on!
- When: Posts need to be submitted by Wednesday, November 1st, 2017, so that we can edit and schedule them throughout the month.
- How: Please check our FAQs for Contributors in the header before volunteering!
- Who: Anyone! You don’t have to be a blogger or experienced sewist to volunteer. We are looking specifically for people who didn’t write for us in the previous theme month.
We had an amazing response when we asked for volunteers to write for Tribute Month, but this time we can only accept the first three volunteers from the blog comments, and the first three volunteers from our Instagram post, which will go up about 12 hours later.
If you really want to write for us but miss being one of those first three volunteers, don’t worry! You can always post your creations on your own social media and tag us with #SewcialistsTNT on Instagram to be included in our round-up. You can also join our Facebook team to help with behind the scenes roles like editing posts and choosing upcoming themes!
Dear Reader: Our goal is to build community and make everyone feel welcome. We support crafting as an inclusive and welcoming space for people of all ages, abilities, ethnicities, genders, orientations and sizes. Regarding sewing challenge themes, we ask that you take each challenge as you see it fitting in your life, and express your involvement how you like, at the given time. Our challenges are for the pure enjoyment of participation and the love of community. Extended Mission Page Here.
